my mission

For as long as I can remember, fitness has been a part of my life. I grew up playing sports, competed as a multi-sport athlete, and eventually earned a scholarship to play collegiate football. From the outside, it may seem like fitness always came naturally to me, but the truth is I've struggled just like many of the people I now coach.

Over the years, I found myself falling off track more times than I can count. Whenever I let my routines slip, missing workouts, neglecting meal prep, skipping cardio, staying up too late, or simply becoming less disciplined. I would start gaining weight, losing confidence, and feeling unhappy with myself. The physical changes were frustrating, but the mental and emotional toll was even worse. I felt drained, unmotivated, and disconnected from the person I knew I could be. I learned that when I wasn't taking care of myself, I couldn't show up fully for my family, my career, or the people who depended on me.

Like many people, I spent years chasing quick fixes. I tried fad diets, extreme low-carb approaches, endless cardio, boot camps, and programs that promised fast results. Some of them worked temporarily, but none of them were sustainable. The weight would come off, only to come right back. The real turning point came when I stopped looking for shortcuts and invested in having a coach of my own. Following a personalized meal plan, a structured training program, and being held accountable weekly changed everything. I stopped treating fitness like a temporary diet and started treating it like a lifestyle.

Today, I'm healthier, stronger, and in better shape than I've ever been. More importantly, I have peace of mind. I follow a routine that supports my goals without consuming my life. I know what I need to do each day, and that structure has created freedom instead of restriction. I'm a husband, a family man, a full-time professional bodybuilder, and I also work a full-time career in renewable energy. Life is busy, but having a plan allows me to show up at my best for the people who matter most.

That's why I coach. I've experienced the frustration of starting over, the disappointment of failed diets, and the struggle of trying to figure it all out on your own. My mission is to help busy men and women build a sustainable lifestyle that improves their health, confidence, and quality of life—without the guesswork. Whether you're trying to lose weight, get your body back, prepare for a competition, or simply become the best version of yourself, I'm here to provide the structure, accountability, and support to help you get there.
